RENTWARE provides comprehensive in-house and onsite technical services for our valued rental and lease clients at an additional charge.
Our technicians are able to preconfigure equipment to your exact requirements before your event so that you can be up and running in no time. A customized master image can be built in-house to your requirements and replicated onto multiple machines. The cloning of machines means that we can provide any quantity of units that are exactly the same down to the last setting. (Programs, Training material, wall-paper, etc.)
We will deliver to your venue, setup onsite and break down when your event is done.
RENTWARE offers full in-house and onsite IT support services at reasonable rates.

Our aim is to get your rental equipment up and running as soon as possible. Our experienced technicians will setup equipment, load additional applications, configure printers and connect machines to a network or to the Internet if required.
We keep an appropriate amount of additional equipment on hand to supplement your order in the event of a hardware or software problem. A swap out of equipment minimizes downtime, keeping you productive for longer.
If required, we can provide on-site technicians for your event, that are available to solve any hardware/ software or networking issues that may arise.
